Post Office Vol 6 Part 2

French minimal insitution Logistic Records revives its long-running Post Office series 25 years after the first volume, siding up to the house doorsill with the second parter in the Post Office 6 comp series. The project serves as meeting point between scene elders and younger producers: Barbara Goes opens with ‘Carta Minha’, followed by a tight collaboration between Chez Damier, Ben Vedren and H2H on ‘Italium’, then a wiry turn from Welsh minimal specialist Tom Ellis, before master house percussionista Dave Aju brings ‘Paletas’ into view. The series sprang from Logistic’s early mission to document left-of-centre club music on compilations.

Earlier this year we had the pleasure of playing a live improvised set for Atipik’s festival, Le Chant des Oiseaux, in the beautiful mountains near Marseilles.
